Andrea started her interest in fitness to lose weight and along the way she discovered how much being healthy improves the way she feels. Five years ago she decided to take what she loved and make it a career by becoming a BCRPA certified trainer. Now a mother of two she incorporates family in fitness with hiking, biking and workout routines. Specialties include strength training, core conditioning and custom programs to meet your specific goals.

'Core and Ab Conditioning'
'We rely on our back, abs and deep core in every movement we make. This class will teach you how to find and isolate your deep core, increase stability through balance exercises and understand and strengthen your abdominal muscles. A strong core can improve your posture, prevent back and pelvic pain and increase stability. And lets be honest, who doesn't want a strong and sexy midsection? '
