Fitness Theory Course

This BCRPA approved Fitness Theory Course is the prerequisite to becoming a fitness professional registered with BCRPA. Please go to http://www.bcrpa.bc.ca for BCRPA’s steps to becoming a fitness leader.At ReZultZ Fitness there is a MAXIMUM OF 5 participants in each course which facilitates a positive and supportive learning environment.
You will learn:
-basic anatomy & physiology
-biomechanics & movement analysis
-fundamental principles of strength and flexibility training
-program planning
-basic nutrition & weight management
Upon completion of this course you will be able to write the BCRPA fitness theory exam.
