PFILATES - PELVIC FLOOR FITNESS
Pelvic floor wellness is possible and incontinence is treatable with exercises that go beyond traditional kegels. This pelvic floor training program was created by a medical doctor, with the focus on recovery, strength and prevention. You will finish this course knowing the 10 exercises from the Pfilates program and any variations that you may require to be successful.
STABILITY BALL BASICS
Learn how to apply the use of the stability ball for various applications ranging from group fitness classes to personal training. A full range of exercises will be explored that will address various body positions in relation to the ball and will look at core, upper and lower body exercises as well as stretches.
