KJ RUNS!!!! Rain or Shine!
WHEN: Every Friday & Monday starting April 3rd, 2009 at 6:00pm
WHERE: Crescent Beach, by the sailing club at the beginning of the trail.
HOW: This class is free, if you have your own KJs that was purchased from Rezultz Fitness, OR if you are trying them for the first time. If you have your own pair of KJs, not purchased from Rezultz Fitness, a drop in fee of $5 is applicable.
